Celebrating Black History Month, this concert highlighs the innovations of Elijah McCoy, Duke Ellington and Harriet Tubman. Featuring spirituals sung by Baltimore City College Choir and music by Ellington, this program honors the impact of African-American innovation on our collective history.
Music for Youth: Grades 4-6
Approximately 40 minutes in length
Whether new comers to the orchestra or already young musicians, these concerts will engage students and provide meaningful connections to key curriculum subjects.
