Adults
The BSO offers a range of programming for adults at the Music Center at Strathmore and community venues throughout Montgomery County.
BSO Podcasts
Beginning in September, the BSO will be offering insights about our concert selections in a digital podcast format. Our podcast presenters will be Classical WETA 90.9FM On-Air Hosts David Ginder and Marilyn Cooley, and WBJC 91.5FM Program Director Jonathan Palevsky.

Adult Learning and Listening
BSO musicians perform chamber recitals along with on-stage insights into the repertoire, composers and their own lives as a member of the BSO. Previous sites include Asbury Methodist Village, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and Leisure World.
Partnerships may also include discounted group sale tickets to BSO concerts at the Music Center at Strathmore.
Professional Development Day for MCPS Music Educators
Professional development day led by BSO musicians and open to all MCPS music educators. MCPS awards appropriate credit hours toward mandatory advanced professional certificate renewal for music educators.
County Senior Centers
In partnership with the Montgomery County Department of Recreation, BSO ensembles perform at recreation centers throughout Montgomery County. Performances in the 13-14 Season have included concerts at the Margaret Schweinhaut and Holiday Park Senior Centers.
