Jazz is America’s greatest indigenous art form. BSO Artistic Partner Wordsmith leads listeners on an exciting journey along the path jazz followed on its way to the concert hall and the contributions of Baltimore artists like Eubie Blake, Noble Sissle, Cab Calloway, and Billie Holiday.

Join us before the concert at the Meyerhoff for family friendly crafts with the Waldorf School of Baltimore, crafts and toys with the Port Discovery Children’s Museum, and face painters!
