RETURN POLICY

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra grants exchanges within 7 days of shipment delivery. The items must be unworn, and undamaged with tags attached. While the BSO will grant exchanges of the item within the designated time period, shipping costs are not covered.

Because our items are made-to-order, processing an exchange can take 14 days.

What To Expect:

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, style, or color, we understand accidents happen and would be happy to facilitate an exchange for you.

• Step 1 – Notify us of the exchange within 7 days of shipment delivery. A BSO associate will confirm receipt of your exchange request.
• Step 2 – Send the original item back.
• Step 3 – Place a new order for the correct item.
• Step 4 – Once the item is received by our warehouse with the tags attached, we’ll return the cost of your item. Shipping costs are not included.
• Step 5 – Receive your new items in the mail!
